TERMOLEGNO INSTALLATIONS
Each installation Termolegno is custom designed and properly sized according to customer needs and to the type and quantity of wood to be dried.
The company Termolegno is able to offer different types of installations, for example:
1. drying kilns temperatures up to 75/80°C in cell for softwoods (pine, fir...);
2. drying kilns temperatures up to 75/80°C in cell for hardwoods (oak, beech...);
3. drying kilns temperatures up to 90/95°C in cell for softwoods;
4. drying kilns temperatures up to 90/95°C in cell for hardwoods;
5. direct steam systems;
6. indirect steam systems;
7. installations for ISPM-15 heat treatment for wooden packaging;
8. drying/steaming combined systems for soft or hardwoods;
9. ENERGY SAVING full-featured systems including heat recovery system, monitoring and tracking of thermal and electrical consumption and devices for adjusting the speed of the air;
10. wood waste boilers (sawdust, chip, wood chips, bark) for the production of hot water +95°C, +110°C, +120°C or steam;
11. gas boilers (natural gas or LPG) or diesel fuel for the production of hot water +95°C, +110°C, +120°C or steam;
12. aspirated direct gas burners (natural gas or LPG);
13. direct oil burners blown type;
14. "turnkey" systems including drying kiln, boiler or heat generator, complete hydraulic system from the heat generator to the drying kilns, technical room, room for housing the boiler.
