A pre-drying kiln is a great solution for processing large quantities of timber. It represents an excellent alternative to open-air storage and seasoning. This plant provides a steady decrease of the humidity content of freshly-sawn timber.
Its advantages are significant: elimination of seasoning defects including collapses and/or splits, lower storage costs, shorter final drying time and increased flexibility in meeting customer requirements.
