Be part of us

Here we are. One year after issue n° 1 of Termo World, we are now close to celebrating our 30th Anniversary. Or rather to cheer on it, as the word "cheering", so alive and cheerfully good-natured, seems more suitable to us than the word "celebration" to represent the mood we would like for this moment. Thirty years is a long enough period of time for a meaningful balance of an activity, the growth of which was significant even in 2023. But at the same time, they correspond to a human age full of promises and expectations, in which youth meets maturity, new families are created, new lives bud.
We also like to think of Termolegno’s 30 years in this way: those of a family business, biologically and spiritually speaking, that is making a generational transition in the name of continuity (and the natural recognition of gender equality!) A company that bet on the meeting of generations, of experience and enthusiasm, of responsibility and courage.

We are a young and dynamic team, which nevertheless can count on solid roots. That wants to place itself in the tracks of a market that has now become planetary. But even more so in the streams of trust and co-operation that flow between people and companies, near and far, helping to generate new ideas and converging energy and enthusiasms to achieve them.We are convinced that our future will depend on our ability to network in the wood supply chain.“Unity is strength”, says an old proverb. But it is not enough: unity also makes the difference, the excellence and sustainability of projects, which take shape and shine like jewels only in a value chain.
Alone one can be occasionally extraordinary. Together we increase the chances of becoming normally outstanding. That is why we like to think of celebrating our 30th anniversary “together”. That is why we chose “be part of us” as our motto: because “together” must have an engaging and inclusive meaning. As mechanics teaches, the functioning of a machine depends not on the simple sum of its components, but on their correlations.
From a delicate balancing act where each individual operator must bring their own contribution, with sensitivity to other skills.

So, for our 30th Anniversary we will come together: employees, customers, suppliers, friends, people and families. In our company and in our land. Here the adventure of Termolegno began, drawing resources, talents and values from our Community and our “humus”, of which we feel “humbly” part of and to which we feel grateful.
We are children of our little Friuli, where the art of mosaic, of creating and forming, continues to make school in the big world. Here “being part of something” is a way of being, of working, of growing, of building together beauty, innovation, perspectives of tomorrow. Thank you, for being part of our first 30 years.
